AyalonPlus earns revenue by partnering with merchants who pay to be featured on the Haybi platform. Merchants benefit from increased foot traffic and customer loyalty when users check in at their stores. This model allows us to keep the app free for users while rewarding them for visiting partner businesses.
Creating a Haybi account is quick and easy:
- Download the Haybi app from the Google Play Store
- Open the app and tap "Get Started"
- Enter your phone number or email address
- Verify with the OTP sent to you
- Complete your profile with your name
That's it! You'll receive 100 welcome bonus points to get started.
We use OTP (One-Time Password) verification to keep your account secure:
- Enter your phone number or email during signup
- You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS or email
- Enter the code in the app within 5 minutes
- If you don't receive it, tap "Resend OTP" after 60 seconds
Make sure you have a stable network connection. If issues persist, try using email verification instead.

Points & Rewards
There are multiple ways to earn points on Haybi:
- Check-ins: Visit partner stores and check in to earn 10-50 points per visit
- Daily Spin: Spin the wheel once every 24 hours for up to 500 points
- Games: Play Scratch Card, Memory Match, and Trivia for bonus points
- Daily Challenges: Complete daily challenges for streak bonuses
- Referrals: Invite friends and earn 100 points per referral
- Expense Tracking: Log your expenses for additional rewards
Redeeming points is simple:
- Go to the Rewards section in the app
- Browse available discounts and offers or filter by category
- Select an offer and tap "Redeem"
- Your points will be deducted and the discount or offer will be applied instantly
- Show the redemption confirmation at the merchant to claim your offer
Most redemptions are instant. Offer availability may vary by merchant and location.
Yes, points have an expiration policy to keep the rewards program fair:
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned
- You'll receive notifications before points expire
- Any activity (check-in, game, spin) resets the expiration timer
- Check the "Expiring Soon" section in your points history
Stay active to keep your points from expiring!
If you're experiencing redemption issues:
- Ensure you have enough points for the offer you want to redeem
- Verify that the offer is still active and available at the merchant
- Check that you are within the valid period of the offer
- Try refreshing the Rewards section in the app

Most offer redemptions are instant — your points are deducted and your discount or offer is available to use right away. Here's what to expect:
- In-store discounts: Instant — show the redemption screen to the merchant
- Digital offers & coupon codes: Delivered immediately within the app
- Special partner offers: May take a few minutes to activate
If your redeemed offer is not showing after 15 minutes, please contact us at support@ayalonplus.com with your redemption ID.
Check-ins
Check-ins are the primary way to earn points:
- Visit any partner store listed in the app
- Make sure location services are enabled on your phone
- Open the app and find the store in your nearby list
- Tap "Check In" when you're at the store
- Points are credited instantly to your account
You can check in at the same store once per day (24-hour cooldown).
For a successful check-in, you must be within the store's geofence:
- Default check-in radius is 100 meters from the store location
- Some large venues may have larger radius (up to 200 meters)
- Your GPS accuracy should be within 50 meters
- Indoor locations may require you to be near the entrance
If you're having trouble, try moving closer to the store entrance or stepping outside for better GPS signal.
Common reasons why check-in might fail:
- Too far from store: Move closer to the store location
- GPS disabled: Enable location services in your phone settings
- Cooldown active: You may have already checked in today
- Poor GPS signal: Step outside or wait for better signal
- Store closed: Some stores only allow check-ins during business hours
Try refreshing the app and ensuring you have a stable internet connection.
Games & Challenges
Energy is required to play games:
- Maximum energy capacity: 5 units
- Each game costs 1 energy to play
- Energy regenerates at 1 unit every 30 minutes
- Claim bonus energy once per day for free
- Check-ins may also grant bonus energy
Plan your gaming sessions to maximize your points!
Daily challenges give you goals to complete each day:
- A new challenge is available every day at midnight
- Examples: "Check in at 2 stores" or "Score 80+ in Trivia"
- Complete challenges for bonus points and XP
- Maintain a streak for increasing multipliers (up to 3x!)
- Streak bonuses at 7, 14, and 30 days
Spin Wheel:
- Available once every 24 hours (no energy required)
- Win up to 500 points per spin
- 47.5% chance to win points
Scratch Card:
- Costs 1 energy to play
- Scratch to reveal your prize (10-500 points)
- Session expires in 30 minutes
Memory Match:
- Costs 1 energy to play
- Match pairs of cards within 2 minutes
- Fewer moves = higher score = more points
Trivia:
- Costs 1 energy to play
- Answer 10 questions correctly
- 15 seconds per question
- Up to 100 points based on correct answers
Account & Settings
To update your profile information:
- Go to the Profile tab in the app
- Tap "Edit Profile"
- Update your name, email, or profile photo
- Tap "Save" to confirm changes
Note: Phone number changes require re-verification via OTP.
Control your notification preferences:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Notifications
- Toggle on/off different notification types:
- - Points earned notifications
- - Daily spin reminders
- - New reward alerts
- - Promotional offers
You can also manage notifications in your phone's settings.
Accounts may be suspended for the following reasons:
- Suspected fraud: Activity such as GPS spoofing, multiple accounts, or automated bots
- Terms violation: Breach of our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Security concern: Unusual login activity or potential account compromise
- Payment review: A withdrawal request flagged for additional verification
If you believe your account was suspended in error, please email support@ayalonplus.com with your registered phone number or email address. Our team will review your case and respond within 2-3 business days. During an active investigation, we are unable to provide specific details about the suspension.
To delete your Haybi account:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Review the information about data deletion
- Confirm your decision
Important: Account deletion is permanent. All your points, history, and data will be erased and cannot be recovered. You have 30 days to cancel the deletion request.
Merchants & Offers
If a partner store refuses to honour a reward or offer that is listed in the app, please follow these steps:
- Politely show the store staff the offer as it appears in your Haybi app
- Ask to speak with the store manager if the issue is not resolved
- Note the date, time, store name, and what was refused
- Contact us at support@ayalonplus.com with these details
We take these reports seriously and will investigate. Merchants who repeatedly fail to honour their listed offers may be removed from the platform. Please note that AyalonPlus is not directly responsible for the fulfilment of merchant offers, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Yes. Partner merchants have the ability to modify, temporarily suspend, or permanently remove their offers from the Haybi platform at any time. This means:
- An offer visible today may not be available tomorrow
- Point values for check-ins at a specific store may change
- A merchant may leave the Haybi network entirely
We encourage you to check the app for the latest offers before visiting a store. AyalonPlus is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by a merchant changing or withdrawing their offers. If you notice that an offer in the app does not match what a store is currently providing, please let us know so we can update our listings.
