1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Haybi ("the App"), a loyalty rewards platform operated by AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Haybi mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications we may make.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited regarding your use of the Service.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Geographic Restrictions
The Service is currently available only in India. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in India and have a valid Indian phone number or email address for verification purposes.
Account Limitations
Each individual may only maintain one Haybi account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated points.
3. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your phone number or email address for OTP verification. You agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and current information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend:
- Using a secure, personal device to access the Service
- Not sharing your OTP codes with anyone
- Logging out when using shared devices
- Reporting suspicious activity immediately
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Points Program Rules
Earning Points
You can earn points through various activities on the Service:
- Check-ins: Visit partner merchants and check in within the designated geofence radius
- Daily Spin Wheel: Spin once every 24 hours for a chance to win points
- Games: Complete games like Scratch Card, Memory Match, and Trivia
- Daily Challenges: Complete daily objectives for bonus points
- Referrals: Invite friends who successfully register and verify their accounts
Redemption Rules
Points may be redeemed for rewards subject to the following conditions:
- Points can be used to unlock exclusive discounts and offers at participating merchants
- Rewards are subject to availability and may vary by merchant or category
- Redemption is subject to the specific terms of each offer or discount
- Rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time
Expiration Policy
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned unless otherwise specified. You will receive notifications before points expire. Account activity (check-ins, games, spins) may extend the expiration period.
Non-Transferability
Points are personal to your account and cannot be:
- Transferred to another user
- Sold, bartered, or exchanged
- Combined with points from other accounts
- Inherited or assigned
Points have no cash value except when redeemed through the official redemption process.
Points System Disclaimer
AyalonPlus reserves the right to modify, reset, suspend, or terminate the points and rewards system at any time, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Changing the point values assigned to activities
- Adjusting redemption rates and minimum thresholds
- Introducing, modifying, or removing reward categories
- Resetting or expiring points in the event of suspected fraud or system abuse
- Terminating the rewards programme entirely
Points accumulated on the platform have no real monetary value outside of the official redemption process as defined by AyalonPlus. We are under no obligation to compensate users for points lost due to programme changes, account suspension, or termination.
5. Anti-Fraud Policy
AyalonPlus is committed to maintaining a fair and trustworthy rewards platform. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Service is strictly prohibited. The following activities constitute fraud and are grounds for immediate account action:
Prohibited Fraudulent Activities
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Haybi account to gain additional points or rewards is prohibited. Each individual is permitted only one account.
- GPS Manipulation: Using GPS spoofing applications, location faking tools, VPNs, or any other method to simulate a location and perform fraudulent check-ins is strictly prohibited.
- Automated Abuse: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated software, or any non-human means to interact with the Service, collect points, or perform check-ins is prohibited.
- Exploit Abuse: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, system errors, or loopholes in the platform to gain points or rewards beyond what is legitimately available is prohibited.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others to allow multiple individuals to use the same account is prohibited.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other users or merchants to manipulate the points system or fraudulently generate check-ins is prohibited.
Detection and Enforcement
AyalonPlus uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to:
- Temporarily suspend an account pending investigation of suspected fraud
- Permanently ban accounts found to be involved in fraudulent activity
- Remove, forfeit, or reverse any points, rewards, or redemptions obtained through fraudulent means
- Cancel or reverse any rewards or redemptions where fraud is subsequently detected
- Report fraudulent activity to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate
Consequences of Fraud
Users found to have engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without prior notice. All accumulated points and pending rewards will be forfeited. AyalonPlus is not obligated to provide compensation for any losses resulting from the enforcement of this Anti-Fraud Policy. Any decision made by AyalonPlus regarding fraud is final.
6. User Conduct
In addition to the Anti-Fraud Policy above, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Interference: Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity
- Illegal Activity: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from the application
- Harassment: Using the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users or merchants
- Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or promotions through any feature of the Service
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points without compensation.
7. Rewards Redemption Terms
How Redemption Works
Eligible users may redeem accumulated points to unlock exclusive discounts and offers at participating merchants. Redemption is subject to offer availability, merchant participation, and the terms outlined in this section.
Offer Availability & Validity
Discounts and offers redeemed through Haybi are subject to availability and the individual terms set by each participating merchant. AyalonPlus does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific offer. Offers may have expiry dates, usage limits, or other conditions that must be met at the time of redemption.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the terms of each offer before redemption. Once points are redeemed against an offer, the transaction may not be reversible. AyalonPlus is not responsible for offers that are unavailable, expired, or subject to conditions set by the merchant.
Merchant Fulfilment
Redeemed discounts and offers are fulfilled by the respective partner merchants. AyalonPlus acts as the rewards platform and is not directly responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of goods or services provided by merchants. Any disputes regarding offer fulfilment should be raised directly with the merchant, or with our support team if a resolution cannot be reached.
Redemption Limits & Review
AyalonPlus reserves the right to impose redemption limits on individual accounts. These limits may be based on account activity, verification status, or risk assessment. Specifically:
- We may set daily, weekly, or monthly redemption limits at our discretion
- Redemptions may be placed on hold or cancelled if suspicious activity is detected on your account
- AyalonPlus may reject redemption requests that appear to be linked to fraudulent activity, pending investigation
- We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify the legitimacy of a redemption request
8. Merchant Responsibility
Haybi is a platform that connects users with partner merchants. While we work to ensure the quality and reliability of our merchant network, the following disclaimers apply:
Merchant Offers and Rewards
- Offers, discounts, and rewards listed by merchants on the platform are provided solely by those merchants and are not created, guaranteed, or endorsed by AyalonPlus.
- AyalonPlus is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, availability, or fulfilment of any offer or reward provided by a merchant.
- Merchants may modify, suspend, or permanently remove their offers at any time without prior notice to AyalonPlus or to users.
- Disputes regarding the quality or fulfilment of a merchant's offer must be resolved directly with the merchant. AyalonPlus may assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for any loss arising from a merchant's failure to honour an offer.
Store Refusals
In the event that a partner merchant refuses to honour a reward or offer that is listed on the platform, please contact our support team at support@ayalonplus.com. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing the merchant from the platform. However, AyalonPlus cannot guarantee fulfilment of any specific merchant offer and shall not be held liable for a merchant's failure to honour its commitments.
Merchant Listings
AyalonPlus reserves the right to add, modify, or remove merchants from the platform at any time. The presence of a merchant on the platform does not constitute an endorsement of that merchant's products or services.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:
- The Haybi name, logo, and branding
- App design, graphics, and user interface
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Text, images, and multimedia content
- Game mechanics and reward structures
are owned by AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Third-Party Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of any third parties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AyalonPlus Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data breaches
- Actions of partner merchants or third parties
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by banks or payment providers
- Loss of points due to account suspension, termination, or programme changes
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the value of points in your account at the time of the claim or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.
11. Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Extended periods of inactivity (12+ months)
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all accumulated points. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian legislation, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
You agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings. Any claims must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.
